Responsibilities
- Prepare Thai Tea, Lemonade base, pudding, jelly, and tiramisu
- Follow recipes accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies needed for dessert production.
- Collaborate with the catering team to create customized dessert options for events and special occasions.
- Utilize kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Skills
- Proficiency in cake decorating techniques and pastry creation is essential.
- Strong background in food preparation and cooking within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
