Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Bus Tables
- Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and manage customer checks.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food handling and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
