We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Legal Department, you will be responsible for coordinating legal risk tolerances and contracting standards, processes, and strategy in support of our company's strategic objectives.
- Job Summary: Draft, revise, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, consulting/professional services agreements, SOWs, amendments, change orders, and various R&D, IT, and Facilities related vendor agreements.
- Main Responsibilities: Ensure our contracts accurately convey desired terms while minimizing risk; identify and communicate risks appropriately to internal stakeholders; provide guidance for resolution; ensure continuity and improvement in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of contracting systems, processes, and procedures.
- Requirements: Strong experience in reviewing and advising on the legal consequence of contract terms for multiple different functions; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with the ability to pivot on short time frames while delivering quality advice and outcomes.
