Broker Analyst

Review, analyze, and input information from documents received from the dealers into ACE during the credit application process. Identify and communicate inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud Prevention Team. Communicate with thec client to acquire documentation needed to fulfill requirements. Contact banks and insurance companies to validate information needed during the credit application process.
Responsibilities:
60%: Review, analyze, and input information from documents received from Mercedes-Benz dealers into ACE during the credit application process.
15%: Contact banks and insurance companies to validate information needed during the credit application process.
10%: Identify and communicate inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud Prevention Team.
10%: Work with Mercedes-Benz dealers to acquire documentation needed to complete the application process.
5%: Provide support for Business Center Credit Analysts and Managers with various tasks, i.e. reporting and communicating daily information updates.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Candidate must show strong business acumen with ability to learn quickly, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
- The candidate must also possess the following:
- Detail oriented
- Strong work ethic.
- This person must be able to process a large volume of incoming documents effectively and efficiently.
- Good communication skills, this person will work with banks and other institutions to verify documents.
- This person will communicate with dealers
- Effective time management skills
- Task Prioritization skills
- Good written communication skills
Additional Information:
What will the training schedule look like? Training is one week long from 10:00am – 7:00pm.
Working time: Regular shift time ranges from 9:00am – 6:00pm. Overtime is available depending on business need. Saturdays are worked typically every other week but can be less depending on the number of contractors. If working on a Saturday, there is a comp day throughout the week in order to hit 40 hours.
Will this position be fully onsite or hybrid? The role is 100% in office
When is the start of the assignment? As soon as possible as this is a replacement for a contractor that has left.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
