Business Analysis/Reengineering Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our Originations Transformation team and focus on supporting Booking and Funding. In this role, you will support the Contract Booking and Funding journey as a direct contact to the User Experience team for product with things such as focus groups, dealer interviews, and feedback sessions, ensuring our new platform meets the needs of our users and aligns with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and user experience, to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations. You will play a critical role in advocating and executing the product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with *** Credit's broader transformation goals. What you’ll do... As a part of the Originations Transformation team, you will be responsible for: - Reviewing existing processes and helping to create future state process maps - Reviewing and validating finalized future state process maps - Collaborating with product managers and development teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features related to booking and funding user-interface - Configuring and reviewing our new platform and building workflows - Updating process documentation post-configuration You will also participate in: - Performing testing - Business sign-off and informing business stakeholders - Formalizing design decisions - Refining the product backlog - Building integrations for validated business processes

• Experience with working with agile software delivery teams - Experience with UAT testing and/or configurations

Education Required:
