Job Title: Communications and Change Management Leader - ServiceNow platform
Duration: Long term
Location: Dearborn, MI – Remote opportunity
Pay Range: $65-$70 Per hour on W2
Position Description:
Primary Responsibilities • Develop and support OCM and communication strategies for ServiceNow platform users. • Identify and engage stakeholders and conduct needs assessments. • Identify changes to address through training and communications. • Manage changes to the platform, roles, responsibilities, processes, workflows, technology, tools, and organizational structure. • Create a robust communication plan with clear objectives, audience, channels, cadence, feedback loop, and measures of effectiveness. • Develop a comprehensive training plan with various methods (demos, videos, lunch & learn, Degreed), schedules, materials, and evaluations. • Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders to understand key messages and create appropriate communications. • Coordinate with Employee Communications for publication support. • Develop a diverse range of communications, including emails, articles, infographics, video scripts, brochures, etc. • Identify opportunities for new communication channels or methods. • Stay updated on industry communication standards and trends to support program objectives.

• Webex app experience.
• Knowledge of AP Style.
Experience Required: Working with an IT organization, communicating technical instructions/information
Experience Preferred: ServiceNow ITSM platform
Salary : $65 - $70
