IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary

The IT Infrastructure Manager will oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems and networks. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, implementing new technologies, and maintaining existing systems to support the organization's operations effectively.

Job Description:

Duties

• Develop, execute and manage IT projects within the defined scope.
• Expedite, manage and coordinated a multitude of interrelated IT project activities within the constraints of human and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Works with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.
• Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with department, divisional management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution.
• Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget. Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed.
• Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, Department and Division management.
• Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities.
• Supervises and motivates cross-functional project team of business analysts, developers, and validation analysts.
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Manages Projects at the department or division level. Makes decisions that impact projects or Departments.
• Influences or has final decision authority for project level, budget and activities.

Required Skills:

• Experience managing a Generative AI and/or Generative AI Cybersecurity specific program.
• High level technical understanding of AI, Generative AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP).
• Ability to interact and communicate with highly technical Generative AI/AI stakeholders – e.g. architects, developers, product and R&D teams.
• Ability to adjust and adapt quickly due to the disruptive and evolving nature of the technology and the in-flight establishment of processes.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Scrum: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
