Qualifications: Enhances executive's effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.
6 years of experience performing executive Secretary duties
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Performs executive administrative assistant duties.
- Handles a wide variety of situations involving the administrative function of the Business.
- Maintains high level contact on behalf of the Executives within and outside the organization.
- Exercises initiative and leadership over routine administrative detail.
- Performs administrative duties inclusive of scheduling meeting, travel booking, expense reports, and documentation management.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
