What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Support position at Kyyba Inc?
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordination and management with employees and vendors to ensure smooth process for onboarding and offboarding
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Monitor and take action on tickets in a self-grown issues management tool while identifying trends and support issue resolution
- Project management support
- Build and run routine reports in Excel and build PowerPoint presentations
- Support other projects and tasks identified by the APS Operations team
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task different priorities and responsibilities
- Ability to work within multiple systems effectively and concurrently
- Ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively
- Experience working in Microsoft products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $23.89 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
