Job Title: Sr Test Manager (XRay, Jira)

Duration: Open ended

Location: Columbus, OH


Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 remote)


Soft Skills:

* Position requires candidate to be hands on. This includes being a
strong presence in the office.

* Candidate will be meeting with stakeholders (Director level) and
must understand their audience.

* Significant amount of time with coordination and over site of
conversion

* First year of project, testing will be a huge component.

* Strong written and verbal skills required.

* Must effectively communication alignment of migration


Key Traits:

* Already done a data warehouse conversion. Understands the
complexity.

* On prem to cloud testing for migration. (More niche than standard)

* Coordinate with business, with different hubs of the business.

* Hands on during project and considered a senior level role.

* Automotive/FS background beneficial.

* Focus on CLIENT's Bobcat project.


Technology: Solid Understanding/critical knowledge of below tools required:

* Sequel

* Snowflake

* JIRA

* X Ray


Nice to have knowledge: Familiarity with test automation, and Selenium

General understanding of Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Risk

Previous experience with: Data Warehouse test management, Cloud, Database,
and development concepts, Large scale/high volume projects


Team Focus: The ARP Next team is focused on managing the Data & Analytics
data warehouse platform. This includes support of data ingest, data quality
and data consumption related to the data warehouse platform


Required Skills:

* Manage Multiple testing streams in an Agile environment

* Manage a distributed team of test analysts and test executors

* Coordinate testing efforts with projects leveraging the same
testing resources

* Design and templatize test and execution standards for analysts and
test executors

* Create and communicate a testing strategy and plan

* Create and align test schedule with business, development, and
testing resources

* Design, execute, and communicate reporting on test status and
testing projections on daily, weekly, and sprint cadences

* Advocate for, and support, the testing efforts in team, management,
and executive forums

* Experience with JIRA and Confluence

* Experience with Microsoft Tool set

* Strong organizational skills


Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

* Minimum 7-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least
5 years in a leadership or managerial role.0

* Proven expertise in developing and implementing effective testing
strategies, including experience with various testing methodologies (e.g.,
unit testing, integration testing, system testing, performance testing).

* Proficient in the use of testing tools and frameworks (e.g.,
Selenium, JUnit, Postman, Loadrunner, xRay).

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
identify and resolve complex issues.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

* Experience in managing and mentoring a team of test engineers,
including performance management and professional development.

* Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and their
impact on testing processes.

* Familiarity with software development life cycle models and project
management practices. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects
