Overview:
- Waterloo Service Parts Supply Management Planner.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Parts Supply Management Planner to join our team in Waterloo.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of service parts to our customers by working closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts.
- This role involves using various management tools and platforms to manage parts supply and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP): Ensure the timely delivery of parts by managing these web-based applications and platforms.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts for their commodity of parts.
- Performance Metrics: Track and manage metrics including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of planner experience or equivalent.
- Open to recent graduates.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
- Easily trainable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Shift & Hours:
- Work Hours: 1st shift, between 6 am and 5 pm (no overtime).
- Note: Candidate may need to drive their personal vehicle to other Waterloo sites for meetings.
Additional Information:
- Interview Process: Will be conducted via Teams or onsite.
- Work Environment: Position will start onsite immediately.
