FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
Learn functionality contained in auxiliary application (ConXons), including iPad applications
Understand and identify root cause of end user issues
Assist end user in understanding and executing transactions as required
Daily breakdown – This contractor will be the only person that comes in on third shift for this position, the bigger team is on first shift, there will be a project or two that will be going on, work on that project, keep the business running, issue on assembly they must be there to support that to get it up and running, anywhere from replacing hardware to working with the applications, they have how to documents on typical issues and how to get them back up and running that the contractor can reference, mainly working with assembly if there are any issues Self-driven, must be able to work by themselves There are other people that are part of the team, but not in this role doing IT work Controls team is nearby, will be working hand in hand with them Training – they will likely need to come onto first shift for about a week or so and train, might have someone come on third shift to do more training if needed
Degree – Bachelor’s Degree desired, but the manager is fine with an Associate’s Degree if they have the work experience. Technology, IT, network, background Years of experience: 2-5 years’ experience required
Customer service – working with people, have they worked with a group of people in manufacturing, direct interaction with customers, developed customer relationships
2-5 years’ experience in Technology, IT, Network background
Network skills – understand windows, active directory, set up accounts, reset passwords,
being hands on with physical assets

Pay: $40.00 - $41.00 per hour
