The client is looking for a highly skilled individual to plan and manage project layouts and equipment needs. This person should be capable of evaluating and implementing process improvements, supporting multiple simultaneous projects, and facilitating group development.
Key Responsibilities :
Planning and evaluating equipment needs and project layouts.
Establishing new processes or improvements.
Supporting multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Facilitating decision-making for project success.
Requirements : Must Have :
Technical Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience (e.g., Automotive, Industrial, Procurement).
3 years of relevant work experience.
Prefer to Have (Sets Candidates Apart) :
Experience in new model body shop production preparation.
Experience in manufacturing shop projects / mass production.
Experience in planning equipment costs and budgets.
Vehicle structure and processing knowledge.
Advanced Engineering Degree.
Project Management experience.
Strong problem-solving skills.
