Looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. A Project Manager (PM) plays a crucial role in overseeing technology-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing a cohesive project plan with defined tasks & assigned resources, managing and remediating issues & risks, communicate status to executives, and leading the project team to ensure successful technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Implementation: Lead the planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with outlined objectives.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks & issues to minimize potential issues.
Performance Measurement: Use appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to measure project performance.
Stakeholder Communication: Report and escalate issues to management as needed, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership skills: Ability to lead a cross-functional team
Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT or a related field.
Location: Troy, MI
Page Range: $50-$58 with benefits
