Data Entry in a Quality Environment
Learning Management System (LMS) Assignments
Key Responsibilities:
Heavy data entry with no/minimal instructional design or teaching/training duties.
Working with reports will be key; familiarity with Agile or Oracle is preferred.
Candidates will be utilizing multiple electronic systems, specifically LMS.
Will be responsible for working with team to ensure Metro/Compliance trainings complete
Meeting quality standards and working with multiple electronic systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High School diploma with 5-6 years of experience (Associates Degree preferred).
Industry background: Data entry background important, preferably with Agile/Oracle experience. Anything QA, QC
Top Skills:
Learning Management System (LMS)
Agile Oracle/Technical Writing
Auditing, Working in a regulated environment
No sales experience necessary. Compliance and the ability to work in-person are required.
Agile/Oracle and ISO experience are fairly critical.
Day-to-Day Duties:
Data Entry
Working with QMS systems
Reviewing documents and job descriptions.
Updating Job Descriptions, responsible for identifying needed Metro trainings for selected candidates.
Meetings with leadership
Pulling reports, assessing for gaps, cross-checking, and making assignments based on findings.
Critical thinking skills, ability to absorb and assess data.
Helpful Backgrounds, preferred Skills and Attributes:
* Multiple electronic systems experience (Metro, Cornerstone, LMS).
* Software design, engineering, and chemistry backgrounds have been successful.
* Adaptability: No two days are the same.
* Cross-functional capabilities and professional conduct.
* Quality Assurance, Compliance with FDA requirements.
* Experience in a regulated environment.
Interview Process:
Just one round of interviews after resume review.
In person is highly preferred and will be given preference - via Teams if no other option.
Salary : $28 - $31
