Job Title : Production Artist / Graphic DesignerLocation : Lake Forest, IL 60045Contract Duration : 10 Months Contract with possibility to extendJob Description :
- Production Design / Graphic Design experience to include convertingexisting materials from a variety of designs into templated designs -
- Regular use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop -
- Knowledge of video / animation creation software such as AdobePremier -
- Knowledge of using Word and Powerpoint for Graphic Design purposes-
- Experience creating graphics for website design (we do not need aweb designer, but will need a resource who can create web elements likeJPEGs, GIFs, PNGs, etc) Bonus : copywriting experience.
- Also, be responsible for branding approvals.
- Healthcare / Pharma experience is a plus.
- Create and refine conceptual designs and ideas into computer / imagesusing specific, specialized software packages and products such asPowerPoint, Quark, Photoshop, Adobe, Brice, Corel, Macromedia and others.
- Producing marketing strategies for clients to address their goalsand business objectives in design.
- Tasks may include building of logos, style sheets, master pages,all preference items, tabs, tracking and kerning in Quack or creatingtemplates in Powerpoint.
- Be able to direct design projects. Develop strong communicationprojects organizing complex text and numbers into effective graphs, chartsor other types of communications.
- Knowledge of current industry design and communication trends.
- Production experience with film or direct to press files.
- Requires an ability to utilize one or more graphics packageswithout assistance, and an understanding of text and graphic manipulation inthe creative process. 3 Yrs. Exp.
