Job DescriptionPosition Responsibilities (including but not limited to) : Oversee release management process for EOTSSDevelop and update clearly defined Release Management process documents, KPIs, training material and knowledge articlesProvide training of the Release management process to othersCollaborate and communicate with development managers, project managers, Change Management and other Client and EOTSS teams.Review incoming Release Management requests for completeness.Define, create, and maintain knowledge documents pertaining to Release Management delivery plans.Identify and manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality.Develop common strategies for release governance.Facilitate cross functional communication.Monitor delivery plans and associated tasks through ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.Provide Release Management reporting and updates to EOTSS senior management.Manage, publish, and track a release calendar .Measure release cadence and effectiveness to improve and increase effectiveness through use of release related performance indicators (KPIs).Create common standards for release formats, release playbooks and release decision making.Forecast demand for release resources and identify opportunities for greater efficiencyPreferred Qualifications : 3-5 years in-depth experience managing Release Management in an enterprise environment Highly organized with a thoughtful, methodical approach but without being handcuffed by process or unduly slow and bureaucratic.Strong creative, communication, and collaboration skillsDemonstrates an excellent level of written and verbal communication skillsMust be a passionate team playerInterpersonal skills such as facilitation, negotiation and working with a variety of internal stakeholders.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quicklyExperience building delivery templates and methodologyApplication implementation experienceExperience with one or more of the following preferred : technology / software / SAAS concepts, custom software development processes and methodologies (including running Agile projects), technology project management and governanceServiceNow and MS O365 experience preferredITIL V3 / V4 certificationAbout Kyyba : Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, Kyyba has a global presence delivering high-quality resources and top-notch recruiting services, enabling businesses to effectively respond to organizational changes and technological advances.At Kyyba, the overall well-being of our employees and their families is important to us.
