The Sales Analyst will support the sales team by providing data-driven insights, reports, and analysis to optimize sales strategies, improve team performance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of the pharmaceutical sales landscape. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Advanced proficiency in data management tools like Excel, PowerBI, and other internal platforms is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, key performance
indicators (KPIs), and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and team performance. Communicate findings with sales leadership weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Develop, maintain, and present regular sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track team performance, customer trends, and market opportunities.

Job Summary:

• Trend Identification: Identify sales trends, market changes, and competitive activities, providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and strategy.
• Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Partner with the sales leadership team to understand business needs and contribute to decision making processes through data-driven insights.
• Training and Support: Provide sales teams with training and support on data interpretation, CRM tools, and sales reporting to ensure effective usage of sales analytics and resources.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and support special initiatives and projects as needed by leadership.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Life Sciences, Economics or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as a data analyst or sales support role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot, Macros and VBA, Slicers and Timelines, Data Visualization, etc.) Power BI, Tableau or similar analytical tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the migraine field, is a plus.
