- Participate in global positioning, messaging and creative development
- Storytelling and ability to write in social media tone, tense, and style
- Community management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Oversee day-to-day operations of content development, website updates, improving user / candidate experience
- Monitor web traffic, build marketing dashboards, manage web analytics and ensure the site meets the business needs of the organization.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and internal documents
- Assist in the reorganization and streamlining of the internal branding hub
- CRM campaign support
