Job Summary
The Front Desk Manager serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, interaction with co-workers, and coordinating administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess: strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, be very detail oriented, have multitask ability and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Please note - There will be a short skills / knowledge test given at time of in person interview.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Handle clerical duties such as answering the phone, directing calls, incoming / outgoing mail/packages, scanning, data entry and special tasks.
- Entry of accounts payable
- Insurance coverage - enrollment meetings, track eligibility, check invoices
- Plan and execute events as needed to enhance employee & customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Implement office management best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in fast paced office management or a similar role is required.
- Detail oriented - accuracy and speed needed.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office software applications - Outlook, Excel & Word a must.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence and interoffice communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
