Position Overview
A Production Team Member at L.A.G. Tactical is responsible for manufacturing high-quality holsters and tactical gear while maintaining efficiency and adhering to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product assembly and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Handle raw materials and finished products with care
- Document production activities as required
- Report any equipment issues or material shortages to the supervisor
- Ability to pivot quickly and reprioritize for time sensitive deadlines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions
- Reliable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Familiarity with firearms and tactical gear
- Experience with hand tools and basic machinery
Work Environment
The position requires working in a manufacturing facility environment. Must be able to work safely around machinery and tools while following all safety protocols and procedures.
Schedule
Full-time position with standard business hours. May require flexibility for occasional overtime based on production demands.
