L-A Harley-Davidson's Business Development Center is looking to add to its newest award-winning department! We're looking for someone proficient in computer navigation, loves talking on the phone, and is dedicated and determined to fulfill all of the customer's needs. This individual must be self-disciplined along with data and metric-driven.
Daily tasks include the following:
Answering incoming phone calls, texts, emails
Setting appointments for customers
Use CRM to track and follow up with all prospects/leads
Zone Recovery
H-D Net and Dealership Training
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Hourly pay Commission....the sky's the limit!
No motorcycle experience? No worries!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
