About L.A. Vibrations
Launched in August 2020, L.A. Vibrations (LAV) is the marketing agency umbrella of parent company L.A. Libations. At L.A. Vibrations, we work with new and emerging beverage brands to help launch, scale and optimize brands, covering marketing strategy, branding, ecommerce, digital, retail, trade & field marketing.
The Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the day-to-day management of assigned brands including supporting marketing strategies, client communication, and project management. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will work with cross-functional channel leads within the organization as well as external clients on all campaign efforts and implementation. The role requires a basic understanding of the CPG landscape and general consumer marketing. The ideal candidate would have strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who loves building relationships, has exceptional attention to detail, can multi-task, and handle many diverse projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
This is a hybrid role that will require coming into the office 3 times a week, some weekend work, and ~ <10% traveling.
Responsibilities
- Support the brand marketing team in the day-to-day management of projects, tactical and administrative support across marketing channels
- Work with the internal team on meeting agenda topics, issue detailed and timely meeting recaps, and manage follow-ups
- Responsible for inputting all projects and tasks into Airtable with clear assignments and due dates
- Collaborate cross-functionally across digital marketing, creative, ecommerce, and operations to secure alignment/feedback/approvals on all major marketing deliverables
- Assist in maintaining retailer marketing calendars and internal trackers with promotional activities and marketing activations to share with the broader organization
- Support the team with execution of events including logistics, planning, and reporting
- Help identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key local partners, such as event venues, retailers, and influencers, to leverage co-marketing opportunities
- Liaise with the marketing team to coordinate and then execute all mailings of coupons, SWAG & POS materials
- Manage all inventory of POS and SWAG storage unit, including maintaining and tracking inventory levels, alerting the team when stock is low, and reordering materials as needed
- Sit in on marketing meetings and brainstorms; actively participate in the development of marketing strategies
- Remain up to date on emerging trends in the CPG space, especially among key competitors
- Perform ad hoc duties to support the marketing team

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting, ideally in a marketing role at an agency or in-house
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent creative, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Driver’s license and car required
- Ability to lift up a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Some weekend work required
- Travel is required for events
This is a hybrid role and our office is in El Segundo, CA.
Salary for this role is $65-70k. Salary is determined through interviews and a review of candidate experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary LA. Libations offers a comprehensive benefits program.
