About Us:
At L.A. Libations, we specialize in fostering the growth of innovative beverage brands. As a Brand Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the development of our portfolio brands, working closely with retailers, distributors, and internal teams to drive success.
Role Overview:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of emerging beverage brands. This includes retail engagement, distributor coordination, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of handling everything from administrative tasks to representing the company at trade events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brands in the portfolio.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor brand performance and ensure alignment with growth objectives.
2. Retailer Engagement:
• Working alongside sales team, build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts.
• Present brand updates, promotions, and product innovations internally and externally.
• Coordinate store-level execution of merchandising and promotional programs.
3. Distributor Coordination:
• Liaise with distributors to ensure inventory availability, pricing accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor distributor performance, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address issues.
• Provide training and support to distributor teams on brand knowledge and positioning.
4. Administrative Work:
• Manage brand-related documentation, including POs, invoices, and contracts.
• Compile and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and retail feedback.
• Maintain organized records of distributor and retailer interactions.
5. Trade Events & Marketing Activations:
• Represent brands at industry trade shows, sampling events, and retailer meetings.
• Plan and execute promotional events to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate with event teams to ensure smooth execution of all activations.
6. Data Manipulation & Analysis:
• Analyze sales, distribution, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Use data insights to refine brand strategies and operational plans.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the beverage or CPG industry.
• Knowledge of retail and grocery distribution channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to travel for trade events and retailer meetings as needed.
