Position: Dispatcher
Job Description: L&A Wrecker service is hiring for a part time dispatcher to work day shift and weekends as needed
The Dispatcher is responsible for the planning, scheduling and dispatching of our drivers . The role owns the relationship with our valued and is instrumental in the successful coordination of the timely and accurate eta's The key responsibilities of this function are to provide exceptional support to our drivers, be quick to respond to questions and troubleshooting problems
- Responsible for the coordination, scheduling, dispatching and planning
- Act as the main point of contact for all driver facing communication via phone, text
- Offer exceptional support to drivers to ensure that their professional needs are being met
- Respond to customers efficiently, thoroughly, and professionally
- Manage customer and driver expectations to align with operational capabilities
- Monitor performance and available hours of Fleet Drivers
- Work cooperatively with customer service/drivers in providing solutions for customers’ needs/wants/requests
- Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
