What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wrecker Operator position at L&A Wrecker Service?
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial vehicles such as flatbed trucks and tow trucks
- Drive safely and efficiently to deliver vehicles to designated locations
- Perform basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting on vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of tickets
Experience:
- Previous experience as an operator or driver is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle conflict management situations effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients
Please note that a valid driver's license is required for this position.
Must pass a pre employment background check and driving record check
