Job Description:
Job Purpose :Enhances property supervisor and office manager's effectiveness by providing information management support.
Duties include but are not limited to :
* Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
* Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
* Conserves supervisor's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
* Retrieves calls in the absence of the supervisor; answering or directing inquiries.
* Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
* Completes projects assigned in a timely manner
* keep the following forms and contracts up to date: phone contracts, Fictitious business name statements, rent rolls and rent raises
* Handle other tasks given by supervisor or office manager
*Cover receptionists breaks in morning the afternoon
* answer the overflow calls when needed
