Reporting to the Director of Sales - Americas , we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with integration companies that have a national and / or global presence. This role focuses on increasing installation revenue and expanding vertical presence within these strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of technology solutions in the integration industry.
Responsibilities :
Key Account Manager, Integration will :
- Effectively represent the L-Acoustics brand, its values and corporate culture.
- Identify additional opportunities with the support of the Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Managers.
- Supports the Company and the Group in its evolving commercial growth strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at national / global integration companies. Understand their organizational structure, decision-making processes, and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, applications) to ensure alignment on account strategies, customer requirements, and market opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting and reporting of account activity, including revenue projections, sales pipeline status, and account performance metrics.
- Develop a strategy to address all key account locations / offices, working in conjunction with the Regional Sales Managers.
- Work with procurement, engineering, and sales teams of the key account to ensure proper communication within our teams.
