The Content Creation And Marketing Manager Will
- To deliver customer-focused content across web and social channels
- To effectively implement content planning and strategy across projects
- To make regular recommendations for content optimization throughout the content production approach
- To work with the content production team as well as across departments to produce high-volume and cost-effective customer-focused assets in a timely manner
- Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, technical writing, marketing or equivalent experience/training
- Ability to think critically and make decisions on best ways to present content to different audiences
- Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to see both the big picture and the small details
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
- Empathy and understanding of others’ working styles and approaches
- Ability to build strong relationships
