As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and supporting the overall growth and success of the Company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide in-depth financial analysis and insights, and help shape strategic decision-making. Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support the overall growth and success.
- Provide support to various RFS FP&A efforts and requests: Balance Sheet, Short Range Outlook (SRO), Gap Closure, CFRs, Cash Analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support decision-making and drive efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly analysis and communication of performance, risks, and opportunities to management is critical.
- Contribute to the updating of sales, margin, and inventory receipt projections from Planning and cross functional teams
- Communicate complex financial concepts and analysis in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor invoices across the approval chain to ensure that the departmental spend is aligned with budget and forecast expectations
- Prepare and quantify financial cost projections for new vendors and technology platforms with department owners, and ensure that the projections are captured in the financial model
- Formulate ad-hoc analytics by utilizing different data sources as needed for department owners and the Finance department
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Validate and reconcile invoices from external service vendors

Qualifications- The position requires a thorough knowledge of Finance, Accounting and FP&A.
- Five plus years of FP&A experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to summarize large amounts of data
- Proven time management and multiple task management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer sectors
- Advanced competency in Excel and PowerPoint
- BA|BS degree in Finance or Accounting
- English, additional language(s) an advantage.
