Job Overview:
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for running an exceptional service, executing processes and procedures that help us consistently provide amazing customer service, and ensuring that the restaurant exceeds defined performance targets.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures company policies and brand standards are followed;
- Optimizes profits by controlling labor costs;
- Trains and develops new hourly team members;
- Reviews schedule requests or obtaining proper coverage for scheduled shifts;
- Increases sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution;
- Maintains an overall management style in accordance with our established best practices;
- Provides leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation;
- Prepares and presents hourly team member reviews;
- Provides technically proficient service to all guests and for being their advocate throughout their LTH experience;
- Treats all co-workers in a respectful manner;
- Possesses thorough knowledge of and for being able to accurately and attractively describe all food and beverage products;
- Possesses thorough knowledge of LTH, its origin, and philosophy and enthusiastically offering to share that knowledge with all guests;
Essential Functions:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years upscale food service experience in upper management, hotel F&B experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask
- Ability to lead by example, train, delegate, coach and further develop managers and crewmembers
- Operate software reporting programs as needed
Education
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
