Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the spa room.
- Assist with front desk operations and handle client inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in a spa environment
- Certification in cosmetology
- Experience with management and salon software, such as MINDBODY
- Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes
- Familiarity with advanced treatments, including botulinum toxin and esthetic laser treatments
