- Set appointments for sales representatives and ensure the schedules are optimized for efficiency
- Follow up with leads and clients to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have about the process
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, appointments, and client information in our CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly
- Assist in identifying opportunities for improving lead generation and appointment setting processes
