Inside Sales Representative – Call Center (Fundraising & Donations)

About the Role:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be reaching out to local businesses to secure donations that support important community programs and initiatives. Your role is vital in building relationships, sharing our mission, and encouraging businesses to contribute to a great cause.
What You’ll Do:- Make outbound calls to local businesses to solicit donations
- Explain the benefits of supporting our cause and how their contributions make an impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors
- Meet and exceed fundraising goals and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and pledges
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Sales or fundraising experience is a plus (but not required)
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections
