- Set appointments for Sales Closers and manage customer relationships for referrals and repeat business
- Work independently to hit sales targets and maximize commissions
- Stay informed about roofing materials, industry trends, and financing options
- Prior sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable working in an outside sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territories
