- Maintain a strong presence and following on social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Work with other members of the marketing department as well as other departments to gather data to develop conversational strategies, content and applications to drive community engagement on social pages and engagement back to their platforms.
- Independently provide and execute proactive project plans for improvement and areas of growth relevant to the strategies of casino. Lead projects from initial concept to implementation and coordinate the teamwork between different departments involved.

- Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to applicable software/programs, mobile to text, and other social software or devices.
- Ability to review and comprehend reports and all other necessary documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, outside contacts, and all levels of employees.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- A college degree in Business, Communications, Design or Marketing preferred.
- 2 years in internet marketing, email marketing, internet media placement, marketing analysis or website management (Intranet and/or Internet) experience. Desirable past business experience includes: social marketing, search engine marketing, internet agency or internet project management.
- The candidate must be able to work on multiple high priority projects concurrently. Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. The candidate should also be comfortable in a consultant/customer service role with experience reviewing analytics as this is core to the role.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Internet. Ideal candidate will have experience in combinations of Internet, new media and/or product development - extreme familiarity with social networking, the blogosphere, search tools and general Web 2.0.
- Demonstrated proficiency with HTML development and image creation software - understanding of web front end technologies (HTML, Flash, JavaScript)
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple, disparate streams of work in a challenging, dynamic environment.
- MUST have excellent WRITTEN and oral communication skills and able to comfortably communicate to all levels of the organization providing appropriate problem resolution.
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Must possess expert level skills with Microsoft Office and Photoshop.
