The JOB:
As a Sr. Conference Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests at L’Auberge Del Mar. This is a highly visible role that acts as the liaison between clients and the hotel to provide detailed execution and supervision of assigned groups, corporate group events, and guestroom blocks. This role will provide exceptional service for maximum re-booking achievement and upsell total revenue for profitability. The Conference Services Manager provides detailed event orders, group resumes, and diagrams, manages both pre-planning and onsite event coordination with clients, and oversees final group billing arrangements. This position reports to the Director of Catering and Conference Services.

Requirements
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in Catering/Conference Services managing corporate groups (Delphi experience required)
- Strong time management skills and proven demonstration of conflict resolution, with grace under pressure
- Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability to include early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed by group business levels
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
