LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk at our corporate office in Columbia, MD. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of data entry, be extremely organized with great attention to detail, and have experience with accounting systems. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am until 5 : 00 pm. Hybrid schedule available once training is completed. Position reports to the Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Responsibilities : Performing day-to-day accounts payable operations, verifying vendor invoices, expense reports, and petty cash reconciliations. Responding to and assisting with accounts payable concerns for multiple job locations. Collaborate with other departments to provide support. Utilize Microsoft Navision to optimize accounting processes and reporting. Qualifications : High School Diploma Minimum of 1year of accounts payable experience. Experience in Microsoft Navision accounting software a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
