LB&B Associates Inc. has an immediate opening for an Administrative Dispatcher to support it transportation and distribution services in Huntington, WV and South Point, OH.
Shift/ Hours: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
The Administrative Dispatcher responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Dispatching truck drivers daily
• Payroll entry
• Billing entry
• Accounts Payable
• Maintaining daily reports
• Other duties as assigned
Job requirements: The Administrative Dispatcher should have at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalency and at least two (2) years of related dispatching and office experience.
• Customer oriented
• Great computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
