Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a full time Custodian to support its contract located at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Silver Spring MD.
Monday through Friday / 6:00am-2:30pm. Hourly pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
· Minimum (2) years' experience in general commercial or government building cleaning.
· Floor care skills including carpet, vinyl/tiling treatment, and working with all-purpose cleaning.
· Stripping, waxing, and buffing experience highly desired.
· Must be able to obtain/maintain access to the facility.
