L&B is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / MEP Engineer to oversee construction, acquisitions, and capital programs for a national portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a growth-minded, independent, and reliable professional with a strong ability to problem-solve and lead projects to successful completion. They should be highly motivated to take ownership of tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and with a commitment to excellence. This role requires a proactive approach, the ability to develop innovative solutions, and persistence in overcoming challenges within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :
- Engage, coordinate, and supervise third-party consultants during acquisition due diligence
- Review property condition and environmental site assessments for accuracy and variances
- Act as Owner’s Representative during development and construction. Review, edit, or write narratives or summaries for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Review and approve contractor / developer applications for payment
- Review proposed major capital project scopes of work, budgets, and contractor approvals
- Coordinate and manage construction of capital projects and tenant build outs including manufacturing operations and process systems
- Support and communicate with Portfolio Management and Asset Management Teams
- Other duties as assigned
- Frequent domestic travel is required
