L’BRI is looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our growing Corporate Team at our Mukwonago, WI, office. This role focuses on creating impactful digital, print, and packaging designs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should also have a strong sense of visual storytelling, brand consistency, design trends, and a production-minded approach to execution.
Key Responsibilities
-Design & Brand Development Create visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets, email campaigns, social media graphics, packaging, and corporate documents.
- Content & Asset Creation: Develop original concepts with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and imagery to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and product development, to translate strategy into compelling visuals.
- Brand & Packaging Design*: Design cohesive, high-quality packaging for various consumer products, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends.
- Project & Asset Management: Maintain an organized archive of all design files and digital assets, ensuring accessibility and consistency across teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Review existing resources and suggest improvements to enhance design quality, user experience, and brand cohesion.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (or an exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong skills)
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Strong knowledge of print production, packaging design, and digital media
- Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
- Experience in web design (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and familiarity with WordPress or content management systems
- Experience with UX/UI principles and digital design trends
- Strong communication and presentation skills
