POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Generalist at Läderach North America will support critical HR functions across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, with a strong focus on HRIS maintenance, recruiting, and onboarding. Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner TX, this full-time, on-site role is based in our Dallas, Texas office. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent HRIS skills, and a keen interest in expanding their HR knowledge.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Supports and coordinates policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resources, compliance, and strategy needs.
- Maintain HR files on SharePoint, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Continuously review and process incoming documents on UKG, our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including managing requisitions, filtering resumes, scheduling interviews and updating recruitment dashboard.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process, including monitoring candidate progress and facilitating New Hire Orientation.
- Prepare and manage various HR correspondence and respond to employee inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry and updating employee records.
- Performs other duties as required.
DESIRED SKILLS
- 3-5 Years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Experience in Retail or Hospitality within a Multi-Unit and or Multi-State setting.
- Preferred having a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Certification, PHR, or SHRM preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of UKG is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Competitive Pay ($65,000-$70,000)
