Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Marketing Leadership :
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy / tactics to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales growth for North American brick-and-mortar locations.
Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, product launches, and experiential activations.
Serve as the primary liaison with the global marketing team in Switzerland, ensuring consistency in brand standards and campaign execution.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to support North American initiatives.
Analyze marketing performance data and customer insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the North America marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
