Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Administrative Assistant for a hybrid role in data entry and administrative support. The main responsibilities include accurately inputting and updating data in our systems, assisting the Account Services team, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.
Duties
- Receives, sorts, and interprets documents and reports for entry into the company’s database system (ACR/UCC).
- Quality control and reconciliation of batches to verify totals by batch and source documents.
- Data Entry.
- Creates data entry reports.
- Reviews data and error reports for discrepancies and makes corrections accordingly.
- Handles all client samples and ship-outs.
- Alerts Client Services staff of discrepancies or problems with information received.
- Maintains a record of completed work and files or routes source documents to the appropriate staff.
- Responds to inquiries regarding entered data.
- Assists the Administrative Assistant with daily tasks, including but not limited to checking mail, packages, Federal Express shipping, organizing supplies, and check supply inventory.
- Collaborates with planning and executing company events, client meetings, and other events.
- Updates the Employee Directory, greeting, and escorting clients and vendors into the building.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks or personal assistant responsibilities is beneficial.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills and ability to operate standard office equipment.
