Position Summary

Independently direct and manage day to day student operations to successfully achieve enrollments, lead outreach, retention objectives and overall campus profitability. Ensure high customer service standards and positively influence and motivate the students throughout the admissions process and through their education journey. Communicate with student regarding performance expectations and develop specific goals and objectives for each. Perform administrative functions and complete management reports accurately and timely. Abide by the school, state, and federal standards.

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

· Project a positive image to students, staff, customers, business associates, and the community in accordance with L’Esprit Academy Standards

· Act as a role model for our staff and students.

· Ensure the implementation of student policies, timely and consistently.

· Maintain cooperation and teamwork in the campus, creating a school spirit, placing a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction by participating/promoting contests and student recognition.

· Identify, evaluate, and resolve problems in a timely manner, utilizing innovative ideas and sound judgment according to school policies.

· Initiate student advising, and/or dismissal procedures according to policy.

· Prepare management reports and perform administrative functions accurately and timely.

Admissions Support:

· Assist in nurturing relationships with area high school counselors and provide updated information on a regular basis.

· Help the admissions team with scheduled on site campus tours.

Student Support:

· Coordinate and execute communication, processes, and document flow to ensure academic records are maintained according to L’Esprit expectations.

· Manage the student experience at the campus, including educational progress, Student Council and Student Teams.

· Manage student leave of absence requests and returns

· Participate in IEP/504 accommodation meetings and manage execution of compliance accommodations with Executive Director

· Participate in new student orientations.

· Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of student attendance in the student information system.

· Maintain satisfactory student retention.

· Facilitate job placement program with the assistance from education team and Campus Director.

· Manage the student exit process, including graduation prep, issuing transcripts and surveys.

· Advise students on satisfactory attendance and academic progress and initiate counseling/separation procedures as needed.

· Consult and implement all student discipline with the Campus Director.

· Facilitate and notify appropriate departments of changes in student status.

· Communicate student retention and readmission progress and goals as needed to the Campus Director

Regulatory:

· Ensure the implementation and adherence of NACCAS, Federal, State and L’Esprit regulations and procedures.

· Assist with special projects and coverage when needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Licensed Cosmetology/Esthetics teacher preferred.

· Flexible schedule (day/evening)

· Organizational skills

· Excellent follow through skills

· Pro-active thinker

· Verbal and written communication skills

· Strong Computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

Salary : $45,000
