Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell additional services or products that complement the client's chosen treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques, including color theory and esthetic treatments.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products that promote nail health and beauty.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in upselling services or products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment, dermabrasion, hair styling, and hair threading is considered a plus.
- A valid cosmetology license or certification is required.
