Job Summary
Brand Activation Representative is responsible for building the L&F brands. BAM personnel report to the sales manager for that location. They must possess a valid drivers license.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Enhance the business, brand visibility and the availability by gaining new distribution.
- Open new accounts, grow brand distribution and case volume of independent accounts.
- Support sales personnel by building good rapport with accounts and helping to meet sales objectives.
- Assist with the set-up and down of promotions and events.
- Oversee all on promise account activity with respect to sales activity, promotions, sampling.
- Analyze monthly sales reports to identify opportunities, asses under-performing accounts.
- Perform any other job duties as assigned.
- Work experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Must be execution oriented with the ability to work independently.
- licensed by T.A.B.C. to sell alcoholic beverages preferred.
- Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills, and ability to read documents in English, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- This is a full-time hourly position.
- Pay based on experience.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to stand, walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift at least 40lbs, great customer service skill, and must be available to work weekends.
