What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pricing Coordinator position at L&f Distributors Llc?
This position is responsible for supporting the Company and its various departments by setting up, managing, and maintaining accurate item and pricing information as well as by assisting in other functions, as needed.
Responsibilities
Accurate data entry and very high attention to detail.
Be familiar with and have sufficient knowledge of the Companys portfolio and item and pricing structure.
Maintain item and pricing data in the route accounting software.
Input and maintain pricing, discounts, and special programs in the system for everyday and future use.
Update pricing for supplier price changes, prepare upload pricing files and verify prices have been entered accurately.
Maintain item SRS codes for reporting to VIP.
Function as a liaison with Accounting, Brand Management, and other Departmental teams to ensure new items are accurately set up and proper pricing is maintained.
Answer inquiries and research problems regarding items or pricing (including, but not limited to, extracting item/pricing data via reports either on your own or via the Data Team).
Effectively communicate to supervisor and/or other leadership.
Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED.
Associates or Bachelors degree in related field is preferred.
One year of related industry experience is preferred.
Must be comfortable with and able to utilize technology.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (must be able to utilize basic formulas and VLOOKUP).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
