Responsibilities
$90,000 - $120,000
The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the company’s annual discretionary bonus plan. Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison for and representative of the CEO in dealing with both clients and our personnel, providing excellence in administrative support
- Manage heavy scheduling/calendar/travel for the CEO (domestic and international); organize and leverage CEO’s time effectively
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a “barometer”, having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated
- Book travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, accommodations, etc.
- Plan client and non-client meetings, conference calls, events, and lunches/dinners as needed
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff
- Prepare correspondence, proposals, and documents as required that are sometimes confidential
- Process all incoming and outgoing information and follow up within a professional and timely manner
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Prepare expense reports
- Provide direct management oversight for LGIMA Receptionist
- Act as lead Executive Assistant to all Executive Assistants providing support to the various lines of business
- Ensures office runs smoothly; maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in a senior administrative position; financial services desired
- Proven office management experience to include oversight of administrative professionals
- Expertise in Microsoft Office; ability to learn other applications as required
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline-driven, and professional environment
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
